OPERA Solutions reported at ICDT 2025 the outcomes from collaboration with TRC

Xiamen, China, March 25, 2024—OPERA Solutions presented its latest achievements in OLED degradation analysis at 2025 International Conference on Display Technolohies held in Xiamen China on March 22 to26. As the invited speaker for the conference, Dr. Kentaro Harada, CEO of OPERA Solutions,  talked about intrinsic and extrinsic OLED degradation investigated by utilizing μ-PL with gradient shaping preparation and by utilizing GCIB-XPS/REELS.

The results discussed there were the outcome from long-term collaboration with Toray Research Center Inc. “Toray research center, TRC, is a world-leader in research works with instrumental analysis, having a variety of experiences on fundamental approach to support OLED industries. Just for an example, TRC has accumulated expertise in TOF-SIMS and depth profiling of OLED stacks.
